What’s On?

Sundays

Everyone is welcome to attend our Sunday Services, no matter what age or stage you’re at. Whether you’re only starting to investigate what Christianity is all about, or you’ve been a Christian for many years, you’ll receive a warm welcome! If you’d rather sit at the back to watch rather than take part, that’s absolutely fine! There’s no dress code, so wear whatever you’re comfortable in.

We meet at 10.30AM for our main weekly gathering. We sing, pray, read the Bible and hear it explained each week. We also celebrate the Lord’s Supper most Sundays.

A Sunday Club for primary school aged children take place in term time run by a team of leaders who are all DBS checked. A creche room is also available weekly for use by under 5s and their parent/carer.

After the service, there’s a chance to enjoy teas, coffees and cakes together – and have a good catch up!

Prayer Meeting

We meet every other week on a Wednesday at 7.30PM to pray together for each other, the church activities and the needs of the wider world. The prayer meeting takes place at a home on the Fishguard Road Estate. Please contact us if you’d like to attend.

Home Groups

Our home groups meet every other week at 7.30PM in different homes. It’s a time to get to know a smaller group of Christians from the church family. It’s a great way to strengthen Christian friendships. We look at a bit of the Bible together and pray for one another. There’s usually cake involved too! Please contact us if you’d like to attend.

Community Coffee Morning

Our coffee morning takes place at 10.30AM every Wednesday during termtime. Come and join us for teas, coffees and snacks whilst catching up with friends old and new. There’s also a chance to hear a short talk about the message of hope found in the Bible.

Every other week during termtime, some stay for our ‘Lunch & Look at the Bible’ which starts at 12PM. This is a chance to find out more about Christianity by looking at a short part of the Bible, followed by lunch together, and all are welcome.

Youth Group

We run regular events for young people which usually involve eating, fun games and activities, and something to help young people explore more about knowing Jesus. Please contact us if you’d like to attend.

Free Food Market

We run a free food market on the first Saturday of the month, where we make available surplus stock from local supermarkets to anyone who would like it. The market is designed to give a helping hand to those who need some extra food for the fridge/cupboards and to reduce food waste.

We open the doors at 9.30AM for refreshments and bacon baps. The market itself opens at 10AM. Please bring a shopping bag (or two!)

Community Events

We run several community events during the year to share the good news about Jesus with the community around us. Recent events have included community meals, Easter Fun Days, and Summer BBQs.

Keep an eye out on our website or Facebook page for information about upcoming events, or if you live locally, you may get a flyer through your letterbox!
